अगर आपसे कोई पूछे कि आपको बड़े होकर क्या करना है? तो आपका जवाब क्या होगा? जाहिर सी बात है कि आपमें से कोई डाक्टर बनना चाहेगा, कोई इंजीनियर, कोई आईएएस – आईपीएस। लेकिन कभी आपका ख़्वाब चाय की दुकान खोलना रहेगा? नहीं, बिल्कुल भी नहीं | लेकिन कम उम्र में अनुभव दुबे ने सभी को गलत साबित किया और Chai Sutta Bar खोलकर यह सोचने को मज़बूर किया कि चाय की दुकान खोलना भी सपना हो सकता है बशर्ते उसके लिए जुनून और लगन हो तो | दुनिया में कोई भी फील्ड छोटी नहीं होती न ही कोई कार्य | बस फर्क इतना है कि उस कार्य के पीछे आप कितना समय लगाते हो |

ऐसी ही एक कहानी मध्य प्रदेश के एक छोटे से जिले रीवा से निकलकर इंदौर और फ़िर भारत में नाम कमाने वाले अनुभव दूबे की है | सामान्य लोगों की ही तरह अनुभव भी घर से IAS बनने निकले थे, लेकिन फिर दोस्त के साथ मिलकर  खोल डाली चाय की दुकान | चाय की दुकान का नाम रखा Chai Sutta Bar | किसे पता था की 4 साल के अंदर अंदर यह एक छोटी सी चाय की दुकान पूरे भारत में धमाल मचा देगा और कंपनी का टर्नओवर 100 करोड़ के पार पहुंच जायेगा | यह सब संभव हुआ अनुभव की लगन, साहस और साहसी फैसलों से |

अनुभव दूबे :  शुरुआती जीवन

अनुभव दूबे की शुरुआती पढ़ाई गांव के स्कूल से ही हुई | इसके बाद की पढ़ाई उन्होंने इंदौर से पूरी की। घर वालों की चाहत थी कि अनुभव यूपीएससी की तैयारी करें और इसलिए अनुभव दिल्ली चले गए | दिल्ली जाने के बाद उनकी मुलाकात उनके स्कूल दोस्त आनन्द नायक से हुई। फ़िर क्या था, उन्होंने बीच में ही UPSC की तैयारी छोड़कर कंपनी की नींव रखने के बारे में सोचा और उस दिशा में काम करना शुरू कर दिया | यहीं से शुरुआत हुई कंपनी Chai Sutta Bar के आइडिया पर काम करने की | आपको बता दे कि जिस दोस्त से अनुभव दिल्ली में मिले थे, आज वही आनंद नायक कंपनी के सह संस्थापक है |

अनुभव का परिवार बचपन में मुश्किल दौर से गुजरा था और उन दिनों की कुछ यादें उनके दिमाग में आज भी अंकित हैं। परिवार लगभग 3 लाख लोगों की आबादी वाले एक छोटे से शहर रीवा में रहता था और यह शहर इंदौर से लगभग 670 किमी दूर स्थित था।

अनुभव बताते है कि वह एक निम्न मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार से थे | अनुभव ने बताया कि एक समय था जब पुराने, फटे जूते पहनकर स्कूल जाता था, क्योंकि नए खरीदने के लिए पैसे नहीं थे | सीमित संसाधनों से परिवार चलाने में उनके पिता की चतुराई उनकी मां की जुगाड़ से मेल खाती थी।

जब इंसान कुछ करने का मन बना लेता है तो फ़िर उसके पीछे के जुनून को देखना अपने आप में एक शानदार अनुभव होता है | जुनून इतना था कि शुरुआत में पैसे की कमी होने के बावजूद अनुभव और आनन्द ने सेकेंड हैंड फर्नीचर खरीदकर अपने बिजनेस को किसी तरह शुरू किया। पैसे की इतनी किल्लत थी कि उन्हें हाथ से लिखा बैनर दुकान के सामने लगाना पड़ापड़ा जिससे ग्राहकों को पता चले कि यही Chai Sutta Bar है | लेकिन ईश्वर भी लोगों की परीक्षा लेता है कि वह कितना संघर्ष कर सकता है | इसमें अनुभव ने हार नहीं मानी और संघर्ष की पथ पर अग्रसर होते गए | शुरुआती दिनों की कठिनाई के बाद उनका बिजनेस चमक उठा | उसके बाद तो उन्होंने फिर कभी मुड़कर नहीं देखा |

100 करोड़ से ऊपर है Chai Sutta Bar का टर्नओवर

आपको जानकर हैरानी होगी कि महज़ तीन लाख से शुरू की गई कंपनी का आज सालाना टर्नओवर 100 करोड़ के पार पहुंच गया है। अनुभव से हुई बातचीत में पता चला कि आज के समय में देश के 450 से ज्यादा जगहों पर कंपनी के आउटलेट्स हैं। इतना ही नहीं Chai Sutta Bar के 400 से अधिक परिवार जुड़े हुए है | यह परिवार पूरी तरह से Chai Sutta Bar पर निर्भर है क्योंकि यह चाय के लिए कुल्हड़ बनाते हैं | वर्तमान में Chai Sutta Bar के करीब 125 शहरों में और 3 देशो में भी आउटलेट्स मौजूद है l Chai Sutta Bar भारत के साथ-साथ दुबई, मस्कट और ओमान में भी अपनी आउटलेट्स खोल चुका है | आने वाले दिनों में दूसरे देशो में भी अपने आउटलेट्स को कंपनी खोलने वाली है |

अनुभव के अनुसार, 2016 में 3 लाख रुपये के निवेश के साथ पहला Chai Sutta Bar आउटलेट शुरू किया और फ़िर इसके बाद फ्रैंचाइज़ी मॉडल के माध्यम से इसका विस्तार किया | हालांकि अनुभव ने अपने स्कूल के दिनों से ही अपने व्यावसायिक कौशल का उपयोग करना शुरू कर दिया था | उसका फायदा उन्हें अपने Startup में देखने को मिला |

असफलता से ही सफलता का मार्ग होता है प्रशस्त

अनुभव ने बताया कि कोई भी व्यक्ति कभी भी अपने काम की शुरूआत कर सकता है | आपको कभी भी असफलता से घबराना नहीं चाहिए |  क्योंकि असफलता से ही सफलता का मार्ग प्रशस्त होता है | वह कहते है कि हर इंसान के पास क्षमता होता है कुछ न कुछ करने की | बस उसके लिए सही दिशा की जरूरत होती है |

उन्होंने बताया कि वह हमेशा अपने प्रॉडक्ट और उसकी क्वालिटी पर काम किया है | अपने प्रॉडक्ट यानी कि चाय को अपनी पहचान बनाया है और आज उनके पास 10 से ज्यादा फ्लेवर्स की चाय हैं और इनमें से चॉकलेट चाय काफी मशहूर है |
