भारत में प्रतिभाओं की कमी नहीं है, न ही हौसलों की। बस मायने यह रखता है कि आप उस हौसलों में कितनी उड़ान भरते है। आज बात बिहार के एक छोटे से गांव से निकलकर पूरे बिहार की सड़कों पर Rodbez का लोहा मनवाने वाले दिलखुश की हो रही है। यह दिलखुश की ही दृढ़ शक्ति थी जिसकी वजह से बिहार में Rodbez को तेज़ गति मिली।

संघर्ष भरा जीवन

दिलखुश कुमार की शुरुआती जीवन बहुत ही कष्ट में गुज़री। आर्थिक तंगी से परेशान दिलखुश के जीवन में कुछ नया होता नहीं दिख रहा था। वैसे भी जब किसी के जीवन में हालात ठीक नहीं चल रहे हो तो, इंसान आगे की काफी कुछ सोच नहीं पाता है। वह तो दिलखुश ही थे जिन्होंने अपनी दृढ़ता से यह मुकाम हासिल किया। दिलखुश कुमार की शुरुआती पढ़ाई लिखाई सरकारी स्कूल में हुई। उन्होंने थर्ड क्लास से मैट्रिक पास किया और बारहवीं में सेकेंड डिवीजन से पास हुए। पढ़ने लिखने में भी काफी अच्छे नहीं थे दिलखुश। ग़रीबी इतनी थी कि एक कपड़ा को पहने हुए हफ़्ता बीत जाता था।

दिलखुश के पिताजी एक प्राइवेट बस चालक थे । उनके पिताजी के पास इतने पैसे भी नहीं थे जिससे उनकी शिक्षा अच्छे कॉलेज और स्कूल में हो पाती। पिताजी की 4500 रुपए की तनख्वाह उनके परिवार का पालन पोषण करने में असमर्थ थी। अपने पूरे परिवार की दिशा और दशा को ठीक करने के लिए उन्होंने एक कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी में ठेकेदारी की नौकरी शुरू की थी।

किसी भी सफ़ल इंसान के पीछे उसके कई सालों की तपस्या और संघर्ष होता है। ठीक उसी प्रकार दिलखुश के जीवन में भी संघर्ष जारी था। अपनी कड़ी मेहनत और जुनून की बदौलत ही दिलखुश ने सारी कठिनाइयों को अपने दम पर पार किया। इस दौरान उन्हें लोगों के ताने को भी सुनना पड़ा। लेकिन दिलखुश यहाँ कहाँ रुकने वाले थे। उन्होंने हर बाधाओं को स्वीकार किया और आगे बढ़ते चले गए।

साल 2011 की बात है। जब बेरोजगारी के चलते वह काम की तलाश में सहरसा के जॉब मेले में पहुंचे और वहाँ उनके आवेदन पत्र को पटना के किसी कंपनी में भेज दिया गया।
इसके बाद उन्हें पटना से इंटरव्यू के लिए बुलाया गया। अगर दिलखुश इस नौकरी में चयनित हो जाते तो उन्हें 2400 प्रति माह की सैलरी मिलती। इंटरव्यू के दिन उनसे एक सवाल पूछा गया l आईफोन दिखाते हुए इंटरव्यू पैनल में बैठे एक व्यक्ति ने कंपनी का नाम पूछा l दिलखुश ने अपनी जिंदगी में पहली बार आईफोन देखा जिसकी वजह से वह कंपनी का नाम बताने में असमर्थ थे l इसी वजह से उनका चयन भी उस कंपनी में नहीं हो पाया था l

उस घटना के बाद दिलखुश काफी हतोत्साहित हो चुके थे l उन्हें लगा कि उनके जीवन में अब कुछ भी नहीं बचा है l लेकिन फ़िर उन्होंने सोचा कि आने वाले समय में सरकारी चालक की नौकरी ही उन्हें हो जाएं, इसलिए उन्होंने ड्राइविंग सीखने का मन बनाया l उनके पिताजी नहीं चाहते थे कि मेरा बेटा ड्राइवर बनें l लेकिन गुज़ारा करने के लिए कुछ सीखना तो जरूरी था और अंत में उन्होंने ड्राइविंग सीख ली l लेकिन वहाँ भी उन्हें सफलता हाथ नहीं लगी l

वह कहते है न कि जब इंसान बार बार असफल हो रहा हो तो कुछ बड़ा होने का संकेत मिल रहा है l दिलखुश के संघर्ष की कहानी काफी लंबी है l सफलता के लिए उन्हें काफी लंबा इंतज़ार करना पड़ा l ड्राइविंग सीखने के बाद कुछ दिन तक गांव में ही उन्होंने 3 हज़ार प्रति माह पर नौकरी शुरू कर दी l लेकिन पैसे ज्यादा नहीं होने की वजह से उन्होंने इसके बाद दिल्ली का रुख किया l वहाँ उन्होंने अपनी रोजी रोटी के लिए रिक्शा तक चलाया ताकि बेहतर ढंग से भरण पोषण हो सकें l लेकिन कुछ दिन बाद ही सेहत ने जवाब दे दिया और वह वापस अपने गांव लौट आयें l

गाँव से शुरू की कैब सर्विस कंपनी

गांव लौटने के बाद उन्होंने फ़िर से नौकरी की तलाश शुरू कर दी l दिलखुश को एक जगह नौकरी भी मिली l उन्होंने एक कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी में काम करना शुरू किया l वहाँ ठीक ठाक आमदनी होने के बाद दिलखुश ने साल 2016 में कार खरीदी और फ़िर वापस गाँव आ गए l गाँव में उन्हें लगा कि कैब सर्विस की व्यवस्था सही ढंग से नहीं चल पा रही है l लोगों को एक जगह से दूसरे जगह आने जाने में काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है l साथ ही कैब चलाने वाले लोग भी मनमाने रूप से पैसे वसूल रहे है l इन सब चीजों को देखते हुए दिलखुश ने कुछ बड़ा करने की ठानी l उन्होनें गाँव में ही कैब सर्विस कंपनी खोलने का मन बनाया l इसके बाद उन्होंने Aarya Go नाम से कंपनी स्थापित की l

बिहार के अधिकांश जिलों में दिलखुश ने स्थापित किया मुकाम

कैब सर्विस कंपनी के बाद दिलखुश ने कभी पीछे मुड़कर नहीं देखा l पहले सहरसा, फ़िर मधेपुरा, दरभंगा, मधुबनी, सुपौल, पूर्णिया, कटिहार और पटना में भी दिलखुश ने अपनी मेहनत और लगन से अपना लोहा मनवाया l इससे न सिर्फ उनकी कंपनी आगे बढ़ी बल्कि लोगों को भी अपने जगह पर पहुँचने में काफी आसान हो गया l बिहार में यह अपने आप में एक इनोवेशन था l

पहले गाँव में लोगों को कैब बुक करने पर पूरे दिन का पैसा देना होता था l लेकिन Aarya Go के आ जाने के बाद लोगों को प्रति घंटे के हिसाब से पैसे देने होते थे l इससे लोगों को काफी बचत भी होती थी l दिलखुश ने बिहार में हज़ार लोगों को रोजगार भी दिया जिसमें ज्यादतर ड्राइवर थे l इस कैब सर्विस के पास बिहार की सड़कों पर करीब 600 से ज्यादा कैब चल रहे है l

इस सफलता के बाद दिलखुश ने साल 2022 में Rodbez कंपनी की शुरुआत की l यह भी अपने आप में बिहार में एक इनोवेशन की तरह देखा जा रहा है l पहले लोगों को दोनों तरफ का कैब भाड़ा देना पड़ता था l लेकिन Rodbez के आ जाने के बाद अब लोगों को सिर्फ एक ही तरफ का भाड़ा लग रहा है l इससे उन्हें काफी बचत भी हो रहा है l न सिर्फ ग्राहकों को बल्कि कैब मालिकों और र्ड्राइवर को भी ग्राहक मिल जा रहे जिससे उन्हें नुकसान नहीं हो रहा है l इस प्लेटफॉर्म के आ जाने के बाद सही मायने में बिहार में कैब और टैक्सी की दुनिया में क्रांतिकारी बदलाव देखने को मिल रहा है l आज दिलखुश न सिर्फ़ करोड़ों रुपए कमा रहे है बल्कि हज़ारों की संख्या में लोगों को रोज़गार भी मुहैया करवा रहे है जिससे उनके परिवार का भरण पोषण आसानी से संभव हो पा रहा है l
