पढाई के दौरान ही अंकित ने खोल डाली Freelancing कंपनी; Writers Community के माध्यम से लोगों को मिल रहा रोजगार

भारत में कोरोना के समय से Freelancing सेक्टर में काफी इजाफा हुआ है। लोग घर बैठे ही कामों को कर रहे है और साथ ही Freelance की तरफ़ दिलचस्पी भी बढ़ रही है। घर बैठे लोगों को काम मिलना भी आसान हो गया है। पहले kw समय में बहुत लोग ऑफिस की वजह से, दूरियों की वजह से भी काम नहीं कर पाते थे। वह सारी समस्या दूर हो रही है और लोग आसानी से घर बैठे काम को पूरा भी कर रहे है। इतना ही नहीं, लोगों को इससे काफी मुनाफा भी हो रहा है और आराम से घर बैठें लोग कमा भी रहे है। Freelancing सेक्टर की बात हो और Writers Community की बात न हो, ऐसा संभव ही नहीं।

Writers Community के संस्थापक अंकित ने अपनी मेहनत और लगन से इसे देशभर में एक बेहतर दिशा प्रदान की है। अंकित से हुई बातचीत में यह पता चला कि अंकित स्कूल के समय से ही कुछ बड़ा करना चाहते थे। उन्होंने बताया कि स्कूल के समय से ही वह Freelancing की समस्या से वाक़िफ़ थे। फ़िर उन्होंने इस दिशा में बेहतर करने की योजना बनाई।

अंकित मूल रूप से बिहार के चंपारण जिले के रहने वाले है। पिता संजीव दुबे और माता विमल देवी ने बचपन से ही उनकी पढ़ाई पर काफी ध्यान दिया। उसी के परिणाम स्वरूप अंकित स्कूल जाने में सफल रहे। घर की स्थिति ज्यादा अच्छी नहीं थी लेकिन माता पिता ने फ़िर भी उन्हें बेहतर शिक्षा देने की ठानी। प्रारंभिक शिक्षा स्थानीय स्कूल में होने के बाद अंकित का चयन जिले के जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय में हो गया। उन्होंने 10वीं तक की पढ़ाई जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय, वृंदावन से की और आगे 12वीं तक की पढ़ाई उन्होंने जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय, समस्तीपुर से पूरी की । उसके बाद अंकित ने आई.एम.एस नोएडा में दाखिला लिया और स्नातक की अपनी पढ़ाई वहाँ से पूरी की।

पढाई के साथ साथ अंकित कुछ बड़ा करना चाहते थे। उनकी इच्छा थी कि वह पढाई के साथ साथ अपना खर्च खुद उठाएं। घर पर माता पिता को वह बोझ नहीं देना चाहते थे। पढ़ाई लिखाई में ही रुचि रहने की वजह से उन्होंने Freelancing Writing की योजना बनाई। फिर क्या था उन्होंने पढ़ाई के साथ साथ Freelancing भी शुरू कर दी। इंटरनेट के युग में उन्हें काम मिलने में भी ज्यादा समस्या नहीं हुआ। लेकिन काम मिलने के बाद उनका अनुभव ठीक नहीं रहा।

ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि अंकित को काम तो मिला लेकिन उन्हें उस काम के बदले उचित पैसे नहीं मिले। अगर उन्हें पैसे मिले भी तो वह काफी मशक्कत करने के बाद मिले। कुल मिलकर उन्होंने पाया कि Freelancing में लोगों को काफी समस्या आ रही है। उन्होंने इसपर चिंतन करना शुरू किया और उस दौरान उन्होंने पाया कि Freelancing के नाम पर काफी लोगों को ठगा जा रहा है। बहुत सारे युवाओं का सपना चकनाचूर हो रहा है।

इसी के बाद अंकित ने Freelancing की दुनिया में Startup को अंजाम दिया। पढ़ते पढ़ते ही उन्होंने महज़ 21 साल की उम्र में Startup खोल डाली। Freelancing की दुनिया में यह अपने आप में एक अद्भुत और अनोखा Startup था। उन्होंने Writers Community के नाम से Startup की शुरुआत की। उन्होंने अपनी दोस्त शान्या दास के साथ मिलकर इसकी शुरुआत की। दोनों ने इसपर बहुत मेहनत की।

कोरोना के दौर में जब लोगों की नौकरी छूट रही थी और कंपनी लोगों को नौकरी से बाहर निकाल रहे थे तो उसी दौर में अंकित लोगों को Writers Community की मदद से Freelancing Writing का काम दे रहे थे। शुरुआत में उन्हें काफी दिक्कतों का भी सामना करना पड़ा लेकिन अपनी दोस्त के साथ मिलकर उन्होंने सारी दिक्कतों को भी ठीक कर लिया। अगर जज्बा और जुनून दोनों हो तो किसी भी कार्य को अंजाम दिया जा सकता है।

इसके बाद तो अंकित कहाँ रुकने वाले थे। उन्होंने अपनी लगन और कुछ कर गुजरने की चाह से Writers Community को काफी आगे ले आया। अब लोग भी Writers Community से जुड़ने लगे और काफी काम भी लोगों को मिलने लगा। अंकित ने बताया कि बहुत कम दिनों में ही Writers Community Freelancing का एक ऐसा प्लेटफॉर्म बन चुका है जहाँ उन्हें न सिर्फ़ आसानी से काम मिल रहा बल्कि काफी अच्छे पैसे भी घर बैठे कमा रहे है। इसके साथ साथ अंकित फ्री में लोगों को Freelancing का प्रशिक्षण भी देते है और उन्हें इससे अवगत भी करवाते है। Writers Community की मदद से घर बैठे लोग Unacademy, BYJUs, Embibe, ParikshaAdda आदि जैसे लोकप्रिय प्लेटफॉर्म पर काम कर रहे है। साथ ही अच्छी ख़ासी कमाई भी घर बैठे हो रही है।

Writers Community के माध्यम से अभी तक कुल 1000 से ज्यादा युवाओं को रोजगार मिल चुका है। इसके साथ साथ लोग Freelancing के महत्व को भी समझ रहे है। लोगों में जागरूकता भी फैल रही है। यह अपने आप में काफी अच्छी बात है। Freelancer को स्क्रिप्ट राइटिंग, रिव्यु राइटिंग, वीडियो एडिटिंग जैसे कई काम घर बैठे मिल रहे है। इसके साथ ही Writers Community प्रशिक्षण पर ज्यादा जोर दे रही है। कॉलेज और स्कूल के छात्र Writers Community के साथ इंटर्नशिप भी कर रहे है।
