किसी भी राष्ट्र के विकास में युवाओं की भागीदारी सबसे महत्वपूर्ण मानी जाती है,भारत के संदर्भ में बात करें तो यहां पर सर्वाधिक युवा आबादी है | हमारे बीच में भी ऐसी कई प्रतिभाएं हैं जिन्होंने राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर अपने कार्यों से देश में एक विशिष्ट पहचान बनाई है, ऐसे ही एक युवा है शुभम चौहान तामोट , जो मध्य प्रदेश के रायसेन जिले के ग्राम तामोट से है। जिन्हें वर्ष 2021 में भारत सरकार,युवा कार्यक्रम एवं खेल मंत्रालय ने सामुदायिक युवा गतिविधियों के लिए सर्वोच्च ‘राष्ट्रीय युवा पुरस्कार’ से सम्मानित किया। शुभम राजधानी की विभिन्न सामाजिक, साहित्यिक सांस्कृतिक संस्थाओं से भी जुड़े हुए हैं, हाल ही में मध्यप्रदेश में आयोजित हुई ‘यूथ महापंचायत’ में भी उनकी भूमिका सराहनीय रही है।

जहां एक ओर युवा छोटी छोटी परेशानियां सामने आने पर निराश हो जाते हैं,या ग्रामीण पृष्ठभूमि से होने के कारण स्वयं को कमतर आंकते हैं, लेकिन वहीं राजधानी के समीपस्थ ग्राम तामोट से निकलकर शुभम ने नेहरू युवा केंद्र व एनएसएस के माध्यम से राज्य एवं राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर समाजिक, सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियों में अपनी एक अलग पहचान बनाई है,उनके कार्यों एवं उपलब्धि की मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान भी कई बार सराहना कर चुके हैं।

राज्यपाल, मुख्यमंत्री सहित केंद्रीय मंत्रियों ने किया शुभम को सम्मानित

शुभम को राज्यपाल आनंदीबेन पटेल, राज्यपाल लालजी टंडन,राज्यपाल रामनरेश यादव, राज्यपाल प्रो. कप्तान सिंह सोलंकी,राज्यपाल नागालैंड वीपी आचार्य, केंद्रीय मंत्री अनुराग सिंह ठाकुर, केंद्रीय मंत्री कर्नल राज्यवर्धन सिंह राठौर सहित एक भारत- श्रेष्ठ भारत अभियान, स्वच्छता एवं युवा गतिविधियों में सक्रिय भूमिका के लिए मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान विभिन्न अवसरों पर सम्मानित एवं पुरस्कृत कर चुके है।

शुभम को राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना के माध्यम से समाज में रक्तदान, अंगदान, पौधरोपण, मतदाता जागरूकता, वित्तीय साक्षरता, डिजिटल इंडिया, स्वास्थ्य एवं एड्स जागरूकता के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट कार्यों के लिए राज्य स्तरीय राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना पुरस्कार से वर्ष 2018 में उच्च शिक्षा विभाग मप्र शासन ने भी सम्मानित किया।

एनएसएस एवं नेहरू युवा केंद्र द्वारा आयोजित राष्ट्रीय एकता शिविर, राष्ट्रीय युवा महोत्सव, मां तुझे प्रणाम, एवं एक भारत श्रेष्ठ भारत कार्यक्रम अंतर्गत मणिपुर, नागालैंड, सिक्किम, कर्नाटक सहित जम्मू-कश्मीर में मप्र का नेतृत्व किया।

राष्ट्रीय युवा संसद में रहे वक्ता


भारत सरकार द्वारा माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की पहल पर आयोजित राष्ट्रीय युवा संसद में मध्यप्रदेश का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हुए वक्ता के तौर पर सहभागिता की,शुभम राष्ट्रीय युवा संसद में बात रखने वाले मध्यप्रदेश के पहले युवा भी हैं। निर्वाचन गतिविधियों के लिए कैंपस एम्बेसडर रहते हुए मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी मप्र शासन द्वारा मतदाता जागरूकता गतिविधियों के लिए दो बार राज्य स्तर पर सम्मानित हो चुके है।

शुभम ने कोविड-19 के दौरान भी जागरूकता के कार्य किए, एवं प्रदेश के 200 से अधिक युवाओं को जोड़ते हुए सहयोग समूह की शुरुआत की।

बीएससी के बाद हमीदिया महाविद्यालय से एम ए हिंदी में टॉपर शुभम बरकतउल्ला विश्वविद्यालय से हिंदी में पीएचडी कर रहे हैं। शुभम वर्तमान में नेहरू युवा केंद्र भोपाल, केंद्रीय संस्कृत संस्थान की राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना इकाई एवं शासकीय हमीदिया महाविद्यालय की सलाहकार समिति के सदस्य भी है।
